Bay View Printing Co. ships all items via USPS First-Class Mail. The shipping fee is a flat rate of $7 for all orders. We typically ship out orders within 2-5 business days of receiving them, but during peak season (November-December), it may take up to 14 days. Delivery time may vary based on your location.
Custom Items: Custom products—including holiday cards, personalized stationery, and other items requiring special care—may take up to 10-14 days to process and ship out from our shop. Please factor in this extra time when placing orders for gifts or holiday items.

You will receive an initial Order Confirmation email upon purchase and a second Pickup Ready email when your items are ready for pickup. Please do not head to the shop until you receive your second email. Pickup orders typically take us 2-3 days to process (see above for custom items).
We can only accept returns of unused, non-customized items. If you'd like to return an item you purchased from our shop, please contact us directly to get the process started.
